Our monthly rates are comprehensive and include utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), weekly housekeeping for common areas, maintenance services, and access to all building amenities. For premium rooms, additional services like private balcony furniture and beach equipment are also included.
What are the contract terms for long-stay residents?
We offer flexible contract terms starting from 3 months. Longer commitments come with preferential rates - 6-month contracts receive 5% discount, and 12-month contracts enjoy 10% off the monthly rate. One month's deposit is required, refundable upon departure subject to room condition.
How quickly can I move in?
Subject to availability, you can move in as quickly as 48 hours after approval. Our streamlined application process includes reference checks and can typically be completed within 24 hours. For transit hub accommodations, same-day check-in may be possible for urgent requirements.
Are there any additional fees?
Our pricing structure is transparent with no surprises. The only additional fee is the refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. Optional services like personal laundry service, meal plans, or parking spaces are available at published rates which we'll share during your viewing.
How do you ensure resident privacy and safety?
We prioritize your security with 24/7 CCTV monitoring in common areas, controlled access systems requiring key cards, and on-site security personnel. Each room has individual locks, and we maintain strict visitor policies. Your personal information is protected according to Singapore's PDPA regulations.
